Those are all internet standard terms pertaining to Search Engines, SEO and social media sharing.

OG stands for OPEN GRAPH and its a standard that most social media outlets use. The OG Title setting is for being able to set a specific title that is used when sharing with social media sites like Facebook, Twitter etc.

Meta title and Meta description for what is reported to Search Engines like Google and Bing. These settings allow you to use custom title and custom description set for the Meta title and Meta description. If you leave these blank, the actual title and a snippet of the body of the piece of content will be used.
