Not Planned Tooltip or text below avatar for 'winners'

Testing out the new beta - looking great so far!

Really like the first, second, third place stuff with the mini avatars but feel it needs to put the username associated right below (or as a tooltip) - much needed in those situations where users are using the default avatar / have the same avatar (crazy but it happens).

Problem with user names is SPACE (specifically in narrow view for smart phones). You can click on the Avatar and launch the User Info Overlay (this works for all responsive views). Tool tips only work on desktop (which is why I just left it as is).
