Implemented Thread prefix for discussion items

    Might only be useful to me, but I would love to be able to set thread prefixes based on the category a showcase item is submitted in.

    This has been implemented and will be available in the next version.

    This is a Per Category setting and is connected to the Discussion forum set for the Category. Prefix administration is all handled through Core Xenforo and the Node System.
