Thread creation

Hi,

Just tested the latest version and it didn't create a new thread upon adding a new event. I've checked the category settings and the forum is selected.

Just tested the latest version and it didn't create a new thread upon adding a new event. I've checked the category settings and the forum is selected.

More to it than that. The viewing user has to have permission to create threads in the forum, the event has to be public (can't create a moderated event).

I just created 30+ events for this weekends NFL games and they all created threads.

Does it still work if automatically post new outcomes in thread is disabled?

I can't seem to find an issue with the settings.

ya, that option is for making a post in the thread (if there is a thread) when any new outcomes get added.

Is the event open? If so, click on the more options drop down and see if there is a link to manage associated discussion thread (or to create one) .
