SC 3: Add Latest Images Widget for Homepage

    This was accomplished on 1.5 (maybe through Widget Framework, can't really remember). Having the option to display the images (setting that allows a max number) on the homepage is essential as users see images and give a better look/feel to the site.

    I'm working on my own for now, but a official one would be beneficial for us that use Showcase as "garage".
