Implemented Review title re-implementation

I've re-implemented the Review title feature for Showcase due to popular demand. Works pretty much the same way as it did in the XF1 version of Showcase.

There is a new option "Require review title", which when enabled, will do as it says, it will require that a review title be set when submitting the rating as a review.



Here you can see the Review title input (1st screen shot is of when the review title is optional, 2nd screen shot is when its required when submitting the rating as a review).





The review title displays in the same location as it did in the XF1 version of Showcase.





Note: Adding a review title does NOT replace/remove the review snippet.
