Fixed PHP 8.x issues related to content with deleted user

As per title, I've fixed a couple issues related to IMS Content that was created by a member that was deleted and has no valid User Entity.

This was throwing some Template Error Warnings in the Admin CP error logs.

Thanks to @mouth for discovery and reporting!

Note: This specific issue does not cause any frontend issues with display or management of the piece of content, its purely Warning Errors that are logged for development purposes.
