Not Planned [XF1] Overlay instead of new page in rate and review for showcase

• be able to rate and review in overlay instead of new page.

This was recently changed due to the need for supporting Reviews that have several Review Fields. It is not something I am changing back in core. If you require something different, than that will require customization on your own (and I can tell you that this will require changes in JS and PHP).

I wish it could be as an option to choose whether to show in overlay or new page.
If you think its better to be shown in new page, so thats fine.
