This isn't a bug, its as designed. The purpose of having Pending Events in the Admin CP is only the Bookie of the Pending event has access to it on the frontend in their respective Bookie CP. Admins can see all pending events via the Events Management and reassign a pending event to another bookie for that bookie to take over that Pending event (or the pending event can be removed).
In 1.0.4, Abandon Events and Settled Events also displayed, but you could only delete them. This has been removed in 1.1.0
In 1.1.0, only Pending events display and the only action that can be done is changing the Bookie.
in 1.1.0, there are actions like "Remove Abandon Events", "Remove History" (which wipes all "settled" events from the system) and System Reset (which wipes EVERYTHING).
