Manually Add Members to Pool

As per title, the ability to manually add a member to a pool.

Edit: Updated the suggestion to remove the force on registration part as I already explained that would require customization on your own.

This is actually something that's been on the TODO list for years now. Probably won't happen until XF 2.4 version of Pickem tho.
