Updated Manage Contributors/Co-Authors: New Option - Disable Self join contributors team

As per title, I've updated the Manage contributors/co-authors function to include a new option that allows Article authors and Staff to disable the self join contributors team for a given Article. This option only appears if the Article is in a category that allows members to self join contributors team.
