Fixed Location delimiters

    Given that location is freeform is there any way we can remove delimiters when user does not specify all of the location attributes i.e. city, state, country etc....

    Made some tweaks to the 'getAdLocationForList()' function that should help with rouge commas from being displayed when certain location data is missing.

    Note: This only applies to Ad Listing Pages (CAS Index, CAS Category pages) for List View, Tile View, Grid View and Carousel.
