Admin created some CAS Ads for offline users and trying to reassign the Ads to users or change owner?. Is there a funtionality to get this done? Thanks!

CAS does not have a "Reassign" function for Classified ads (just lower level content like comments).
There are just way to many "relations" to be able to reassign an ad (Items, Offers, Transactions and Feedback).
I MIGHT consider it if someone FUNDS the development and there is a clear understanding that if there are relations like Feedback associated with the Ad, that add would NOT be able to be reassigned.
