I don't know what this means. The XenForo software does not include a "Front page".
Are you maybe talking about Forum Home? That is the default "front page if you will" for XF. If so, then its easy to add AMS content via XF's Widget System. AMS includes several Widget Definitions that allow you to create AMS related Widgets, like adding a Featured Grid Block to Forum Home as one example (see it in action here at my XF2 Demos site).
If by Home Page you mean a NON XenForo page, then that is going to require customization.
If by Home Page you mean a 3rd party portal type addon, then if that addon supports XF Widgets, then create some AMS Widgets and add them to the portal choosing that portals widget positions (super easy).
