The Title Filter has an option that allows the filter to be be shown in the Filter menu (it is disabled by default, so if you want to use it, you will need to enable it).
You choose a letter (in this example, the letter T) and it will filter the item listing to show only items with titles that start with the letter T.
You can also choose the # symbol which will display only items with titles that start with a numeral (0-9).
