Implemented Option: Featured ads display type - Grid Block

Just like RMS has both Carousal and Grid display types for Featured Items, I'd like to see CAS also have the Grid display type for Featured Items.

Not sure why this wasn't implemented in CAS, but it is now




This includes 2 new settings in the CAS Appearance Style Properties (same as all other addons that have featured grid block).






CAS Grid Block has the same LESS/CSS and behaviors as in other addons of mine that have the Grid Block layout type.




Note: Widget Definitions have also been updated to include the option to display CAS Ad content in Grid Block.
