Fixed Duplicate Key name 'cas_ad_count'

Are there any errors being throw? Yes
As per title, when attempting a fresh install, the installer dies on step 1 due to a brain fart on my part while attempting to set an index name for the field xa_cas_comment_count field in the XF User table (attempting to set 'cas_ad_count' when it should be attempting to add 'cas_comment count' (as 'cas_ad_count' is already an index name on that table.
This has been resolved in CAS 2.2.33
