    Is there an option or code to show all review by default, so user no more have to click on link "View Full Review" to see full review?

    Yes. Admin CP >> Applications >> Showcase >> Showcase Options >> Item Page TAB (about half way down the options)

    Uncheck the "Hide recent review fields & display a 'view full review' link"
