Where does one change the message content when you have the "Create Thread" option enabled?

There are 2 phrases that are used. One is for the initial create, the other is for the update message.

These are dynamic phrases that have prepared data sent into them.

What content is used for the {snippet} portion of that phrase? Anything showing in the first tab?

It takes a snippet from the message field for Tab 1. Description and fields are not included. Fields would require quiet a bit of customization actually.

btw, on the UPDATE part, you have the OPTION to use your own custom text (entered on the item edit form)
