This is a feature that allows Moderators to change the Review Reply Date for a given review.

If the viewing user is a Moderator and has the permission to edit any review, they will be able to change the review reply date.

Clicking on the Change date link launches an overlay that lets you set the Review Reply date/time.

Note: You can NOT use this to set a date into the FUTURE! If you attempt to, the save process is going to thrown an error.
