This is a new implementation in AMS that allows comment dates to be changed.
If the viewing user is a Moderator and has the permission to edit any comment, they will be able to change the comment date.
Clicking on the Change date link launches an overlay that lets you set the Comment date/time.
Note: Just like when changing articles dates, you can NOT use this to set a date into the FUTURE! If you attempt to, the save process is going to thrown an error.
Note: You can NOT use this to set a date that is older than the article publish date. If you attempt to, the save process is going to thrown an error.
