Updated Category limit added to latest comments widget definition

    As per title, the Widget Definition "AMS: Latest comments" has been updated to add category limit functionality.

    What this does is allow you to fine tune the output of any Latest comments widget by being able to limit the content to specific categories.

    One example is being able to create a Latest Comments widget to place in the AMS Category: Sidenav position and set the Category limit to "All Categories or contextual category" so that when viewing a specific category page in AMS, only comments made on articles within that category are displayed.

    Another example is being able to create a Latest Comments widget to place on Forum Home that only pulls comments from specific categories.

    Note: this update will be included with the upcoming 3rd point maintenance release, but DO NOT get used to things like this happening in 3rd point maintenance releases.
