Showcase Can Admin change User Review date?

Can Admin change 'User Review date' ? If not, will making such an addon be as simple as making similar one for Resource Manager ?

There is no built in functionality to change a user review date. If there is an addon to do it for the XFRM, a similar (but not exactly the same) could be done for Showcase, AMS, RMS and UBS.
