Not Planned Ability to copy & paste for multi-line selection (Options for Choice Fields)

Currently the only options I see for multiple line selections (radial, drop down, etc.) is to input items one at a time. This is in reference to the options for choice fields tab.

Is there any chance we as admin can break these lines down per line so that we may copy & paste rather than enter one item at a time?

Instead I was hoping we could have entries input like so to speed up the process
