As per title, the control links for editing and removing individual series parts in a series (or in the Tools Dropdown of an Article associated with a series) are not displaying (and can't be accessed directly). This is due to the permissions checks looking for the old "Manage series"...

So, I created some articles, put them into series. Later I decided to make the category they are in private. And people on the series page still see the articles listed. If you click on the articles, it then generates an error saying that we have no permission but the articles shouldn't be...
