Implemented Sort Type/Tab: Paid Out

The Paid Out tab on Sporstbook Home and Sportsbook Category pages now only displays Events that have been Settled. Status Filters have NO effect on this tab (you can still filter by prefixes). Paid out data is only available once an event is settled, so it makes no sense to fetch events that have not been settled.

UPDATE: a very MINOR change to this. As explained above, the purpose of this tab is to display events that have been SETTLED (no open, closed or awaiting events will EVER be displayed in this tab). Setting a Status Filter has no effect on what content is fetched for this tab, however, it was confusing to some that when setting a Status Filter, it was still fetching data, so the minor change is that when a FILTER is set (Open, Closed or Awaiting), it will no longer fetch data and display the standard "No events" message. When no Filter is set, it will fetch "SETTLED" events as that is what its purpose is. The Status Filter "Settled" will also work on this tab (just like Open works for the Upcoming Tab).
