Implemented Sort Type/Tab: Upcoming (upcoming events about to close)

Starting with Sportsbook 1.6.0, there is a new sort tab named "Upcoming". This is also the new DEFAULT Tab (meaning that this is the tab that will be ACTIVE when first visiting the page (both Index and Category pages). SB 1.7.0 Introduced the ability to set a specific sort tab as default.

This Sort Type only fetches Upcoming Events (Events which are OPEN and about to CLOSE). Status Filters have no effect on this tab as only OPEN events are fetched, so setting a filter will result in an empty result set. Prefix Filters still work for this tab!

I've left the Upcoming Events sidebar block in place for now, but this will be removed from Sportsbook Home and Sportsbook Category pages eventually since its duplicate content on those two pages now.

First Post UPDATED to reflect some changes made in Sportsbook 1.7.0.

NOTE: I've made a minor modification to this TAB.

In Sportbook 1.6.0, this tab IGNORED the Filters (as this tab ONLY displays OPEN events) eg, if you set the FILTER to "Awaiting", then Upcoming Tab would still display OPEN EVENTS (cause that tab ONLY displays OPEN events).

In Sportbook 1.7.0, if the STATUS FILTER is set to "Awaiting, Closed, or Settled", no events will be fetche and the "There are currently no events to display." message will be displayed. There is NO SUCH THING as Upcoming "Awaiting" or Upcoming "Closed" or Upcoming "Settled", so there will NEVER be ANY results for the UPCOMING TAB with STATUS FILTERS SET (other than OPEN).

Here you can see that NO STATUS FILTER is apply, so when viewing the UPCOMING Tab, it will display Events that are OPEN and about to close.

Here you can see the CHANGE. The Status Filter "Awaiting" has been activated, so NOW when viewing the Upcoming, instead of displaying any of the upcoming events (which its is designed to do), the standard "There are currently no events to display" message will be rendered. There will NEVER be ANY "Awaiting" events displayed in the Upcoming Tab as this tab only fetches OPEN Events.

Here you can see the CHANGE with another status filter. The Status Filter "Closed" has been activated, so NOW when viewing the Upcoming, instead of displaying any of the upcoming events (which its is designed to do), the standard "There are currently no events to display" message will be rendered. There will NEVER be ANY "Closed" events displayed in the Upcoming Tab as this tab only fetches OPEN Events.

Obviously the OPEN FILTER will work on this Tab since its designed to fetch OPEN events that are about to close.
