Implemented Pool option: Display order & Pickem Option: Default pool list order

Just like sports management has already. I would love to see a Display order added to edit pool. I want to keep my NCAA D1 pools in alphabetical order. But want to introduce to my community the bigger conferences like SEC and Big 12 first and work on other conferences as time permits. So a display order function would achieve doing that.

As per title, I've added a new per pool option to set a display order that is used in conjunction with the new Pickem option "Default pool list order".

Here you can see the new Pickem option and the 4 sort order types that are allowed to be set.

Note: default is "Pool id" which is what is currently used to sort the various pool lists.

Note: When choosing Display order, keep in mind that this also sets the direction to ASC aka ascending which is needed for display order purposes which need lower numbers to higher numbers (0, 1, 2, 3... etc) vs counts, which need higher numbers to lower numbers (50, 49, 48... etc)




Here you can see the display order input on both the Add pool form and Edit pool form





Keep in mind, when using the display order, you are going to have to make sure that each and every pool is in the exact order that you want. There is NO sub sorting.

For those of you that want things to remain the same as it always has been, you don't need to do ANYTHING. Default is the way it has always been. This new feature is for those that want something slightly different than it currently is.
