We run a tipping comp for soccer (football), and we would like to display penalty scores in cups, for instance FT 1-1 Pen 4-3, instead of 2-1 scoreline.

Funny that you bring this up as someone that I developed a custom version of Pickem for just requested this same thing.

I seem to be finding that official scoring is still 2-1 tho instead of 1-1, so before I can make a change to Draw Pools, I am going to need to get an official answer from someone besides a fan and am going to need to do some research with official API's to see how they handle things.

What do you mean official scoring is 2-1? In football it’s considered a draw at full time and therefore decided on penalties which is seperate.
