Conditional to hide code from a CAS category?

I'd like to hide some (3rd party ad) code from a specific CAS category. Can someone help me with the conditional?

Not ignoring you, I do not use ads, so don't really understand how those that use them, use them lol

The $category entity is exposed to both category pages and ad pages, so the category id is exposed via $category.category_id or $ad.category_id
