Can't access 1.6.0 Stable?

I can't seem to access 1.6.0 stable. I only have access to 1.5.3.

AMS 1.6.0 Stable released to EA & Premium License holders.

AMS 1.6.0 has not been released to Basic license holders yet. EA and Premium license holders get access to 1st & 2nd point releases at least 1 week before Basic license holders. 3rd point releases go out to everyone at the same time.
