pickem 2.0.0 rc 3

I use the CET timezone in Europe/Berlin. So i had +6 hours to Eastern Time. I create games in week two and set to lock date/game start, but the games are locked hours before the game started. I've try to explain with some screenshots. I don't know what happend or what i should do.
