My addons implement Core XF Approval Queue Handlers for all content types (same as XF does for all XenForo content types, XFRM content types and XFMG content types).
In order for your staff to view and action LD content in the XenForo Approval Queue, they have to have the appropriate Moderator Permissions for the piece of content. LD has 4 content types that implement approval queue handlers (Items, Comments, Questions and Reviews).
Edit your Admin and Moderating User Groups and make sure the Link Directory permissions with the arrows pointed to them are set to Yes.
