You can't. The lowest is 75 by design for when that element is enabled for that layout type.
With that said, you can enable/disable individual elements on each layout type via Showcase Style Properties, so its as easy as disabling the item preview snippet from being included on that layout type (note, you need to do this for each style that you are using).
Admin CP >> Appearance >> Style properties >> Showcase:: Appearance >> Settings >> Grid view layout >> Grid view layout elements >> uncheck 'Item preview snippet'
