Things like that are expected at this point because I've not released any XF 2.3 versions of my addons yet. Its going to be awhile before there is a XF 2.3 Ready version of Sportsbook.

I'd highly recommend waiting to upgrade your live site to XF 2.3 until XF 2.3 stable is released and any important addons have XF 2.3 Ready versions available.

This has been resolved in Sportsbook 2.3.0 Beta 1. Was a change in a template, causing the TM (Template Modification) to not apply.
