Implemented Allow question reply length configuration

I just ran into where I was replying to a question and my reply was in excess of 1000 characters and I had to trim my reply back. I noticed where CAS and LD both have definable lengths for this field. Is it possible to do the same with this add-on?

Its an available option in RMS 2.2.12, so if its not an available option in RMS 2.2.10 or older, that means someone has already posted a suggestion and it has already been marked as implemented in RMS 2.2.11 or RMS 2.2.12 (neither have been released yet).

I'll mark this as implemented and tag it with RMS 2.2.12.

RMS 2.2.10 is the latest stable supported version. RMS 2.2.11 Alpha will never be released. RMS 2.2.12 Beta 1 will be released later this year.
