Not a Bug Top Rated Tab Still Shows With All Ratings Disabled

    Disabled all rating permissions and added No Ratings to category.

    That can't be "enabled/disabled" programatically because of category hierarchy issues and the rating being an individual category setting. If you want that one "gone", its going to have to be a manual template edit (for all the list and grid templates). I can help you this weekend.
