Implemented Switch Week: changes to behavior on switching between weeks on specific tabs

As per title, I've made a slight modification to the behavior of switching between weeks on specific tabs (specifically the Active Players Tab and Eliminated Players Tab).

OLD Behavior: When viewing the Eliminated Players Tab and switching to a different week, it would switch the week, but focus on the Active Players tab.

NEW Behavior: When viewing the Eliminated Players Tab and switching to a different week, it will switch the week, but the focus will stay on the Eliminated Players tab.

This is the most requested feature my members asked for (which ties in with another change made to the Eliminated Players Tab).

NOTE: The COMMENTS tab does not behave in this manner. When on the Comments Tab and you switch a week, it will always take you back to the Active Players listing for that week.
