Implemented rel="nofollow" added to Lookup Links

    Regarding this request, I realize that it's a future consideration.

    A related issue to it though is that Google Webmaster Tools reports all of these links as errors.

    Probably just need to toss no follow on those since they are not "links".

    As per title, I've added rel="nofollow" to most of the links in Stock Trader as MOST of them are really not links, but form actions that trigger an AJAX request.

    I am probably in a future version going to make the entire addon a "NO FOLLOW" as there is nothing in it that should be indexed in the first place.
