Fixed Recent User Reviews blocks/widgets displaying Avatar of anonymous reviewer

    As per title, All of the Recent User Reviews blocks/widgets are currently displaying the Avatar of an anonymous reviewer.

    This has been fixed and will be available in the upcoming maintenance release.
