Implemented Read Marking & Find-New (New Power Rankings)

As per title, Read marking has been implemented for individual Power Rankings.

Read marking stores the data/time that you last viewed (read) a specific Power Ranking.

This allows addons to do things like add an indicator to the Navigation Tab letting you know how many NEW/UNREAD Power Rankings there are.



NOTE: There is an Admin CP option to Enable/Disable this globally (for everyone) however, individual User also have the ability to Enable/Disable it, so don't just disable it globally because YOU don't like it. Others may want it and appreciate it, so keep an open mind.







NOTE 2: As mentioned above, each User has the ability to enable/disable the New/Unread Power Rankings count on the Nav Tab. This option only displays when the Global Option is ENABLED!




FIND-NEW aka New Power Rankings

This also is used for the "find-new" system (New Post, New Profile Post, New Showcase Items, New Media etc). There is now a New Power Rankings function added to the find-new system. Works like all the rest of the "Find New" options. It comes with the standard functionality to "Mark Viewed" as well.
