Implemented Eliminated Players Tab: misc changes

As per title, there are some misc changes to the Eliminated Players Tab.

First Change: The Sort Order is reversed. It now lists the most recently eliminated player at the beginning of the list and the 1st player eliminated at the end of the list.

Second Change: The Eliminated Players list is now players that have been eliminated in the Current week + previous weeks (instead of all eliminated players). ie If viewing week 3, players eliminated in weeks 1-3 will be listed. Previously, the Eliminated Players tab listed all players regardless of which week the viewing user was looking at. This was confusing when players eliminated in week 14 were listed when viewing the week 2 Eliminated players tab.

Third Change: The Eliminated Players list is now Paginated. This comes in handy for pools with a lot of players.
