Partial Fix bx slider CSS conflicts with other addons

As per title, not really a bug, but more of a design issue with BX Slider itself and different addons using a different configuration on the same page with the same CSS parent classes.

    Know conflicts:

    XenPorta
    Featured Threads

    Marked as "Partial Fix".

The reason for the "Partial" is that this really isn't a BUG, nor is it an issue with BX Slider itself. The problem comes when Developers do not use BX Slider CSS properly (I am just as guilty as others, but have resolved it on my end).

BX slider comes with its own CORE CSS classes that the bx slider javascript uses. When JAXEL (XenPorta) or BROGAN (Featured Threads) or I (Showcase & AMS) change any of those Core CSS classes, it effects ALL addons that use BX Slider.

The PROPER way to deal with this is to PREFIX all BX Slider CSS classes with an Addon Class. Then wrap the slider with that class so that any changes made in the BX Slider CSS for that addon will only apply to that particular addon.

I've talked to Brogan and Paul has implemented this in the latest version of Featured Threads, so that Showcase, AMS and Featured Threads sliders all play nicely together now.

As for XenPorta. You'll have to deal with Hazel aka Jaxel yourselves (good luck with that).
