Implemented Automatically delete Stock Holder when deleting user

    I extended the xenforo User DataWriter _postDelete action to take care of this.

    What this does is simple. When you delete a user from Xenforo, part of that delete action now includes removing any records for that user in Stock Trader as well.

    There is nothing that you need to do. This is just "built in" now.
