Updated Style Property Template xaAmsLayoutElements broke out into 2 new templates

As per title, the Admin Template: style_property_template_xaAmsLayoutElements has been broken out into two new templates so that List View Layout and Grid View Layout have their own style properties templates. This allows for custom elements to be added to List View Layout without also being listed on Grid View Layout.

The 2 new templates are style_property_template_xaAmsListViewLayoutElements and style_property_template_xaAmsGridViewLayoutElements

This is purely informational for 3rd party developers.
